1、优化多账号负载均衡时的选择
记录每个账号最后被提问的时间，当需要pick新的账号时，选择最早被提问的那个账号（最有可能出于闲置状态）
2、添加一系列功能
为机器人添加“帮助”、“更改会话名”、“进入指定会话”、“读取指定会话聊天记录”、“删除指定会话”、“清空会话列表”、“更改会话列表上限”的指令，并实现对应功能。
